QualifiedMeetings provides B2B appointment-setting services through a network of real, human-verified LinkedIn accounts, combining AI-assisted research and outreach with human review and booking. Specific deliverables, volumes, and timelines are defined in each client's campaign agreement.

Appointment volumes and pipeline figures shown on this website are illustrative examples, not guarantees of results. Outcomes depend on offer, market, and sales execution.

2. Attendance and Replacement

We book confirmed, attended appointments. If a booked prospect does not attend, the appointment is replaced at no additional cost, subject to the terms of your campaign agreement. Select engagements include a personal phone confirmation to each lead before the meeting.

3. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information about your business, offer, and target market, and to ensure that your use of booked appointments complies with applicable laws, including privacy, anti-spam, and telemarketing regulations.

4. SMS and Communications

By providing your phone number through a form on this site, you consent to receive calls and SMS messages from QualifiedMeetings regarding your inquiry. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for assistance. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

5. Payments

Campaign pricing is stated per package on this site and confirmed in your campaign agreement. Payment terms, including any quarterly bundle arrangements, are set out in that agreement.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including text, design, and branding, is the property of QualifiedMeetings and may not be reproduced without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, QualifiedMeetings is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid for the campaign giving rise to the claim.
